May 2007 Round Up

Well thats May finished, shame the weather was not as good as April, its almost as if we have had the conditions in May that we would expect in April....funny old planet!

Some good events visited despite the weather but maybe just a lower turnout, Popham was great on the Saturday but blown out on Sunday with low cloud and wind. The VFWE was also blown away on Saturday with around 100 visitors but it calmed down for Sunday, so that made the numbers up. I enjoyed my first visit to Shobdon last week, getting a few nastys out the way and with 114 visitors arriving on the Saturday it was a good day even if I did work inbetween visiting!

Heres hoping for some sun in June, with at least 3 packed weekends, starting off with Booker next Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Then off to the Island to catch up with some more microlights at the fantastic Spamfield, then off to Hucknall for the PFA Regional Rally weekend.

Look forward to seeing anyone on the BLOG at the above events and sharing some pics with you all on here.

Please let the sunshine this coming month!!!
